The Archery Collective founder Jonelle Salzman leads a skilled team of permanent makeup artists you can count on. Jonelle was the first artist in Minnesota to receive the prestigious Phibrows Royal artist title for microblading artistry excellence in 2017. She was also the first artist to bring the latest cosmetic tattoo service nano brows to Minnesota, having traveled to Europe in 2018 to first train in the technique.
