Policies

Please observe the following policies when visiting:

  • MINOR GUESTS: Since we are a tattoo facility, minors (anyone under the age of 18), are not allowed in the studio at any time. We are working with sharp needles in close proximity to client’s eyes, and it is not a safe environment for children (or for clients having work done).
  • ACCOMPANYING GUESTS: You are welcome to bring non-minor guests to accompany you to your appointment, however, they will need to hang out in the waiting area during your appointment. COVID-19 update: we are currently unable to accommodate visitors in our waiting area. Please arrive to your appointment alone.

  • LATE ARRIVALS: If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

  • MAINTENANCE SESSIONS: Out of respect for all artists at the studio, we ask that you book maintenance touch ups with the original artist you saw for your full procedure. There is a minimum fee of $150 on top of the new artists normal rate to switch artists for maintenance touch ups (if the new artist you’d like to work with is able to accommodate you on their schedule). Booking a maintenance session with a new artist may require a full procedure rate. Booking in with a new artist always requires their approval first.

  • NOISE: We try to keep the environment in the studio calm for artists that are working, as well as guests having their faces tattooed. Please silence your devices upon entering.

  • IDENTIFICATION: A valid government issued photo ID is required for any cosmetic tattoo service. If you do not have a photo ID physically present, you cannot receive a service, per the Minnesota Department of Health. An example of a valid government issued photo ID includes a drivers license, passport, tribal ID, and expired/voided license WITH accompanying temporary papers. If you bring an expired or voided ID to your appointment without the accompanying temporary papers, you will not be able to receive a service and will forfeit your booking fee.

  • BOOKING FEES:

    • Booking fees are non-refundable if an appointment is canceled and not rescheduled.

    • Booking fees are non-refundable if you have had your brows done elsewhere previously (at any time, no matter how long ago), and you book any appointment with an artist without prior approval.

    • Booking fees are non-refundable if you book an appointment for a service and are not a candidate for that service, and refuse your artist’s input and suggestions for more appropriate alternative services.

    • Please check with your artist for their individual policy on rescheduling, as rescheduling and transferring a booking fee has time limits (ie: rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice).
