at The Archery Collective
Do you offer booth / suite rental at The Archery Collective?

The Archery Collective is a membership based studio where members pay monthly dues for exclusive access to our space and its amenities to provide services to their clients. We offer both booths in an open floor plan, and private single and double suite rooms, all completely setup and ready for you to drop in and start seeing your clients. Our memberships are a bit different than traditional booth or suite rental in that we do not simply exchange empty space for a rent payment.

As a member of our Collective, you run your own independent business, set your own schedule, hours, and pricing, and have full control over your client books, while still having access to the space, amenities, and exposure of being in a larger studio. You also keep all of your income, while paying one flat monthly membership fee for access. We handle the licensing with both the Health Department and Board of Cosmetology.

What is included in the cost of membership?
In addition to access to our fully furnished work areas and common waiting area, there is a kitchen, break area, laundry access, and three separate restrooms for you and your guests to use. Cleaning services are provided once a week, and we also handle sharps disposal (for our cosmetic tattoo/tattoo/microneedling service members). Our building is equipped with a high-tech intercom for security and easy 24 hour keyless access for members and guests.
 
Some of the crowd favorite perks our members enjoy are the two weeks vacation time and continuing education credits. Take any two weeks off during the year without having to worry about membership dues! And use continuing education credits to advance your skills without worrying about overhead. 
 
Lastly, our memberships also include access to a fully stocked back bar with the most commonly used basic supplies for the work our members do. We stock things like disinfectant and gloves so that you don’t have to worry about inventory on basic setup items.

What kinds of service providers can you accommodate at The Archery Collective?

We hold establishment licenses for both Body Art (Tattooing) and Salon Services (Board of Cosmetology).

Our memberships are well suited for service providers such as permanent makeup artists, tattoo artists, estheticians (microneedling, facials, etc), injectors, and lash extension technicians. Do you do any marketing for members of your collective?

Absolutely. Potential clients will be able to see and access your booking information through our website, where you will be listed as a member at our studio with detailed information on the services you offer. We also share and promote our artists on our social media pages.

Are continuing education options available for your members?

Yes! Our members are the foundation of our business, and when they do well, it strengthens our whole Collective. We recognize that growth and professional development are paramount in keeping ahead of the curve in the aesthetics industry, and it’s important to us to make pursuing continuing education easier and more accessible for our members.

We offer one on one advanced skill training and continuing education on microblading, nano brows and powder brows for our cosmetic tattoo artists, at a reduced cost. We also offer incentives in the form of membership discounts and vacation time for all members who want to take continuing education courses or learn a new skill to add to their service menu.
